What is VIP Membership?

A VIP Member is someone who subscribes to our service for 38,500 yen per month (tax included), gaining unlimited access to ACCEA Cafés both in Japan and abroad for an entire month.
It includes the same benefits as a Premium Member.

Benefit 1: Unlimited Monthly Subscription Plan for All ACCEA Cafés (Domestic & International)

Enjoy unlimited access (up to 10 hours per day) at all ACCEA Café locations,
both in Japan and overseas, with this monthly subscription plan.

If you exceed 10 hours, a premium fee will be charged every 15 minutes.

    Select "Check-in" on the app. Tap the Check-in button, scan the QR code, and select your plan. Tap the "Check-in" button on the check-in screen.

    Please select the VIP Member Monthly Subscription Plan.

    STEP3 Check out

    Tap the "Check-out button" to scan the QR code and leave the hotel.

    No charges will be incurred as this is a monthly plan. (If usage exceeds 10 hours per day, premium charges will apply every 15 minutes.)

Benefit 2: Use of a telework booth at ACCEA CAFÉ at no additional charge

ACCEA CAFÉ telework booths (for 1 or 2 people) and meeting rooms (for 4, 6, or 8 people) are available by reservation only.
A reservation fee will be charged when making a reservation via the BizSPOT app. Premium members can continue to use the coworking space at no additional charge, as the reservation fee is offset against the coworking space usage fee. (Some reservation fees may apply.)

How to use

Scan the QR code of the product you wish to purchase with BizSPOT and make your payment.
If you are a premium member, the 20% off amount will be automatically added to your cart.

    Scan the QR code of the item you wish to purchase.
    The product will be added to your cart at the price of 20% off.

    Please take out the product.

    Check your cart and tap "Pay with BizSPOT Pay.
    If you wish to continue shopping, tap "Scan QR code for another item" to scan the QR code, and then remove the item.
    To change the credit card, tap "Change Credit Card".

    Confirm the details and tap "Finalize Payment.

You can use the self-copy service at half price at any number of ACCEA stores nationwide.
*Cannot be used in conjunction with other self-copy campaigns or coupons.

How to use the self-copy coupon

Present the My Page screen on the app at checkout.
You will receive a discount on your bill depending on your membership type.

Benefit 5: 5% OFF ACCEA Printing Services

For stores with an ACCEA CAFÉ only, 5% off ACCEA Printing Services when ordering in-store and paying with BizSPOT Pay.

How to use

Present the My Page screen of the app at checkout.
We will inform you of the amount of 5% off at the store, and you will be asked to pay with BizSPOT Pay.

    *Please note that for BizSPOT Pay settlement, the minimum amount is 50 yen (including tax); even if the amount is less than 50 yen (including tax), the minimum fee will be charged.

How to Apply for VIP Membership

    Confirm the details and tap "Register VIP Membership".

    Confirm the payment method and tap the "Register" button.

    Registration is complete.

How to Cancel VIP Membership

    tap "VIP Membership Registration" on the check-in screen of the application or in the various settings.

    tap on "Cancel VIP Membership".

    Confirm the details and tap "Cancel VIP Membership".

    Cancellation is completed. There will be no next renewal. If you wish to reapply, you can do so here.
    Even if you do not renew next time, you will be able to use the service at the VIP membership price within the expiration date.
